A practice that links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body. From the Sanskrit “to place in a special way”, vinyasa aligns a deliberate sequence of poses with the breath to achieve a continuous flow. The synchronised movements with the breath help the student develop a greater sense of self awareness, balance, and harmony with themselves and their environment.

For those who enjoy and desire a slower paced practice. A balanced combination of sustained poses as well as postures flowing in an intelligent progression from one to another. Attention to basic alignment and mindfulness of breath & body are an integral part of the class.
Yin Vin Nidra
THURSDAY @ 6PM
Begin with yin yoga to stimulate the deep tissues of the body as well as the energetic aspects of the self, followed by a gentle vinyasa flow. Wrap up your journey with a peaceful yoga nidra resting meditation. Bliss!
Teen Girls Yoga
MONDAY @ 5.30PM • $10
Weekly 60 minute classes for secondary school aged girls. A non-competitive activity in a safe and welcoming space. The classes consist of mindful movements to stretch, nourish & find a sense of comfort within their skin. Breathing practices taught will assist slowing down the mind in this busy and demanding modern world. No bookings required.

These 30 minute sessions include a balance of movement and stillness to encourage greater body awareness, age appropriate breathing and relaxation practices - and of course, lots of fun! Signing up for a whole school term - $8 x number of weeks.
At this stage, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra (2 hours) will be on the second Sunday in each month.
ALL CLASSES (EXCLUDING TEEN GIRLS YOGA, KIDS YOGA & YIN YOGA AND YOGA NIDRA) RUN FOR 75 MINUTES.
COST IS $17 FOR A CASUAL PASS, OR 10 CLASS PASSES ARE AVAILABLE FOR $140 THROUGH OUR ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM.
