The Desire Map is a book by Danielle La Porte.

It's a guidance system to help you figure out the feelings you most want to feel and set your goals according to them.

When I discovered the book back in 2016 it just really changed my life.

The basic premise of the book is that you are connecting with the feelings at your core that help you live the life you most want to live.

'How do you want to feel? 'And what are you willing to do to feel the way you want to feel...as much as possible?'

Unlike traditional goal setting, resolutions and focusing on accomplishments, The Desire Map program is a process for you to discover your own 'core desired feelings'. You then use these feelings as the basis for your life planning.

It's Amazing.
It's Powerful.
It's Liberating.

It's a feelings-based approach to designing your life.

Regularly checking in with how you want to truly want to feel in life, helps you make decisions that lead you closer to your dreams, desires & goals, rather than further away.
It really is so simple, but so profound.

As I am so passionate about the process I am drawn to share it with as many others as possible. As a Licenced Facilitator I will provide you with a whole range of techniques and exercises to help you achieve clarity on this simple question: How Do You Most Want To Feel?
