With nearly 30 years of personal practice and teaching since 2010, Amber Knight brings depth, warmth, and integrity to every class she offers. As a 500hr registered Yoga Alliance teacher and continuing education provider, her work is shaped by extensive study across yoga, meditation, breathwork, and women’s wellbeing.
Amber believes yoga is for every body, and that flexibility is a result of practice — not a prerequisite. Her classes are intentionally designed to support presence, self-connection, and sustainable movement.

Amber Knight is a Senior Yoga Teacher with almost 3 decades of personal yoga & meditation experience. She has been sharing these practices with others since 2010.
A 500hr registered Yoga Alliance Member, Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider & life long learner, Amber is eager to create sacred space for You.
She believes yoga is for every body and that flexibility is a product of the practice, but definitely not a prerequisite.
