Monday 4:30pm - Slow Flow (heated)

Enjoy the creativity of a Vinyasa sequence at a slower pace. This gentle and meditative style of yoga is a soothing blend of stretching, balance, and mindfulness. Explore each pose for several rounds of breath to calm the mind, release tension from the body and enhance flexibility. The slow and deliberate pace of each transition allows you to deepen your awareness of your body, breath, and the present moment.

Tuesdays 5:00pm - Vinyasa

Carefully designed for beginners through to advanced practitioners. Linking movements with breath creating a fluid practice to build strength and increase flexiblity & mobility.

Tuesdays 6:15pm - Yin Yoga

Enjoy the feelings of rejuvenation and steadiness that arise from a yin yoga practice as you slow down, move from noise to silence, from agitation to calm, from complexity to simplicity. Postures are held for up to 3-6 minutes, creating space to stretch, soften and relax the muscles to delve deeper into the ligaments, tendons, bones and joints. In this practice, postures can be supported with bolsters, blankets and blocks. Yin is a great practice to emotionally, physically and spiritually heal the body and soothe the mind.

Wednesday 8:00am - Healthy Hips & Spine

While this class incorporates the whole body, the movements & postures have a focus on the hips as well as the health of the spine. Hip openers not only feel amazing but also increase flexibility, improve posture, enhance circulation & often ease lower back discomfort. You will strengthen the muscles of the spine while creating more mobility. This class is for beginner to advanced, using props to support your practice and focusing on some significant areas of your body to enhance overall wellbeing.

Friday 7:00am - Vin Yin

Vin & Yin seamlessly blends the yang elements of an active vinyasa practice with the soothing restorative benefits of Yin yoga. Move through cleansing creative flows to engage and celebrate the body before easing into passive postures to reset the mind.

Your private yoga session is thoughtfully curated to your needs & requests.

You can be guided through a series of tailored yoga poses (asanas), breathing and meditation techniques with the support of yoga props and assists.

During the session you will be invited to practice mindfulness and make kind choices for your body.

These sessions are either held within a setting of your choosing or at one of the lovely yoga studios in which I offer public classes on the Sunshine Coast

One off experiences or regular weekly or monthly sessions are of incredible benefit to your personal growth, with dedicated guidance & support to move you forward into a more positive existence. 

Available for your retreat offering, business/staff team bonding, hens/ladies weekend, mother/daughter practices, sporting teams
