1:1 Sacred Space Yoga Therapy Session

Movement, Breath, Mindfulness & Relaxation

Our 90 min private yoga sessions together are restorative in nature, however your needs are my priority and your session is always thoughtfully curated for you.

You will be guided through a series of tailored yoga poses (asanas), breathing and meditation techniques with the support of yoga props and assists.

During the session you will be invited to practice mindfulness, so that you can begin to travel the mind and breath through the territory of the body to gain a new insight & uncover the jewels from within.

These sacred spaces are held within the private setting of the Prana Wellness Hub yoga studio, Mooloolaba.

One off experiences or regular weekly or monthly sessions are of incredible benefit to your personal growth, with dedicated guidance & support to move you forward into a more positive existence.

IN PERSON CLASSES ON THE SUNSHINE COAST

Mondays 4:30pm - (warm) Vin Yin

An amazing combination of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. Also known as Yin Yang yoga - opposing forces in nature that represents dark and light, active and passive. The first half of the class is a heated Vinyasa flow to warm the body and rid it of excess Prana (energy) followed by a relaxing Yin sequence. Energising and calming, every yoga student will benefit from making time to practice Vin Yin. 

Wednesdays 9:30am - Hot Vinyasa

A dynamic, moving meditation style of yoga, flowing from one pose to the next to the tune of your breath. Every class is different. A fun, creative & flowing sequence with savasana to finish so you can bliss out & incorporate all the benefits of the practice. Expect to increase your body strength, build muscle tone, and bliss out whilst you work up a SWEAT!

The Hot Yoga Room, Mooloolaba

Tuesdays 5:30pm - Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga uses passive, longer-held poses to target the deepest tissues of the physical body & the meridian (energetic) lines within our subtle body. It is a quiet, contemplative practice that invites the student to surrender the more active aspects of their life (thinking & moving) and settle into stillness. A class usually focuses on the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs & lower spine - increasing flexibility & mobility, while also encouraging deep relaxation and calmness of mind.

Wednesday 7:00am - Vinyasa Flow

Based on Vinyasa Yoga, the practice synchronises breath & movement through intelligent & diverse sequencing of postures, designed to help you find proper alignment and connection to your breath. This energetic class will build strength & flexibility. Options are offered to challenge the more experienced yogi whilst nurturing & guiding those newer to the mat. This empowering practice will support you to explore and embrace the edges of your own potential.

Friday 7:00am - Vin Yin

Vin & Yin seamlessly blends the yang elements of an active vinyasa practice with the soothing restorative benefits of Yin yoga. Move through cleansing creative flows to engage and celebrate the body before easing into passive postures to reset the mind.

Prana Wellness Hub, Mooloolaba

Thursdays 5:45pm - Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga practices for all levels of experience. We move slowly through the postures, combining mindful attention to the body and the breath. Adjustments and options are available to ensure the class is suitable for all.

Saturdays 8:00am - Vinyasa Yoga

Carefully designed for beginners through to advanced practitioners. Linking movements with breath creating a fluid practice to build strength and increase flexiblity & mobility.
