Our retreat will begin at 3:30pm on Sunday 16th March

Our retreat will conclude after our morning practice on Saturday 22nd March (approx 9.30am) and there will be time to enjoy brunch between 9.30am - 11.00am before departure

Check In is at 2pm. Check Out is at 12pm. Earlier/later check in/out can be arranged upon request & subject to availability.

CAN I STAY EXTRA NIGHTS AT THE RESORT?

Yes! Contact Vikasa Reception stay@vikasa.com and let them know your name and that you are will be joining me on retreat so they can accomodate you.

DO I NEED TO TAKE MY YOGA MAT?

No, all (super quality, Manduka) mats & props are provided for you. Even towels to wipe away the Thailand sweat!!

When you have your flight details I’ll pass them on to team at Vikasa to have you collected from the airport. You can pay on arrival.

Yes! There will be plenty of free time and it only takes 1.5 hours to drive around the whole island. Taxis are available.

You can choose to join all of the twice daily practices or rest and opt out if you feel you need to.

The retreat will follow the guidelines enforced by the Thai Government. If necessary, the retreat will be postponed with your deposit for a future retreat with me at Vikasa.

Most definitely! All levels of experience, all ages (from 18 +) are welcomed.

Yes! Feed the elephants, walk with them, and observe these gentle giants as they roam, socialise, bathe, play in the mud, and enjoy the peaceful life that they deserve. This is a truly wonderful experience!

Many retreat guests come alone. It’s pretty special when you only have to think about YOU. Of course, you will meet lots of other like minded folks and depart with new friendships.

Local currency is Thai Baht.  You don’t need to bring a lot of cash with you.  Banking infrastructure is well developed in Koh Samui.  There are safe & reliable ATMs on every corner that accept all types of cards, VISA and Mastercard preferred, including on the Vikasa premises.

There is FREE WiFi throughout the restort. You can easily acquire prepaid local SIM cards at any 7-11 or Family mart.  AIS One-Two-Call or DTAC Happy are recommended.  All SIM cards are 4G ready allowing you to browse the internet at any reasonable speed & rates, when not in WiFi reach.

Laundry service is outsourced with a next day delivery in most cases. Rates are very cheap.


Closing your room during sunrise & sunset hours when they are usually most active.  Repellants are available in your room.

Towels are available in all rooms. Pool towels are available at the pool bar.  There are no hairdryers in the rooms so BYO if necessary.
