YOUR DAY
The first part of the day will be to EXHALE.
Think lots of long sighing & breathing out toxins (physical, emotional, cellular); clear and cleanse from the inside out.
Enjoy a creative vinyasa yoga practice to move your body and free physical blockages, stagnant energy and physical discomfort.
The second part of the day is to INHALE.
Imagine reacquainting yourself with your natural breath and using it to heal & rejuvenate your body & mind. Powerful practices will be explored & experienced!
Marinate in a yin yoga practice and savour the good energy released within the deeper layers of your physical body.
Plenty of time for meditaiton, yoga nidra, earthing within the gardens and enjoying the company of like minded folk!

No previous yoga, meditation or breathwork experience is required. Practices are suitable for beginner to experienced yogis & meditators.

THE VENUE
Waddingtons at Kergunyah, Kiewa Valley, Victoria
2688 Kiewa Valley Highway, 25 mins from Wodonga, 45 mins from Mount Beauty
A beautiful garden encases the restaurant with large lawns to roll out our yoga mats. Interspersed through out the garden are ancient Red Box trees, some with Aboriginal scar marks. The garden is well maintained by passionate gardeners and interesting because of its plantings, hedges and topiary.
The restaurant is housed in a large timber building constructed from trees milled on the farm. It is summer air-conditioned and well heated in winter. The views across the valley are panoramic.
Jan is head chef and Waddingatons @ Kergunyah has been in the Age Good Food Guide since opening 20 years ago. It is all about the food & the atmosphere!

No one books a retreat with the intention of later cancelling, so the policy is in place to help us work together, sharing expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations.

Cancellations more than 14 days before - full refund
Cancellations less than 14 days before - 50% refund
Cancellations less than 24 hours before - no refund
No-show - you will be charged at the full rate
