My morning practice is non-negotiable and I want to share how simple it can be for you too..

AND - just in time for the crazy, busy, rise in energy, lead up to Christmas!

Most of us have experienced feelings of being over stimulated & over busy - mentally, emotionally & physically - but how do we find our way back to the silent & spacious mind while our outer world continues to spin?

This 3 hour workshop introduces you to simple and effective meditation techniques that will give you access to a calm & clear mind, every single day!

We will explore:

* what is meditation, and what it's not

* how meditation will improve your overall sense of wellbeing

* your purpose for practicing meditation

* 4 key areas to help you create a home practice

* a variety of guided meditations

You will leave with:

* a purpose to practice

* techniques that suit your lifestyle

* a take home booklet to help you continue your practice

* inspiration to use meditation to manage stress, pain, overwhelm & a scattered mind

This workshop is suitable for beginners and those wishing to re-ignite their home practice.

Bolsters are available to sit on and using a wall to lean on is also fine. Please BYO anything else you may like for comfort.

Comfortable clothing is suggested.
