Rebalance Your Energy through the Practice of Yin
Through a slow paced practice with long held poses, we stimulate the body's energetic system to cleanse, re-balance & re-boot, just as your body needs.
You will also be invited to embrace time to pause and become more comfortable with non-doing. This teaches us the value and importance of taking more pauses in life.
A deeply nourishing practice for the body & mind, reaching inwards to balance the energetic layers & return us to the calm state within.
The final part of this session, Yoga Nidra, is a guided relaxation that leads you into a deep state of peace which will refresh your entire soul to last until the next month!
Suitable for all levels of experience. Bolsters & blocks provided to add an element of support. Modifications available for all bodies. BYO blanket & mat if you like (studio mats are available)
