Connecting with this inner truth will provide you with the knowledge of how you would most like to continue showing up in this world. 

Use practices of asana, pranayama, meditation, reflection & introspection to experience yourself in the present moment and allow peace & joy to surface. 

The physical practice, the asanas, will show us the strength we can draw on when needed, the openness of our heart to receive and the confidence to listen to our own inner wisdom.

Meditation will guide us into our natural calm state of mind and into each and every moment to enjoy and savour.  Can you meet yourself with kindness? Can you savour this precious moment..

Lotus House A motel style two story building with a shared bathroom including two showers and two toilets. Simple, functional, comfortable rooms.

Retreat Hut A lovely quiet hut with kitchen facilities, hotplate, microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle. It does not have an en-suite bathroom but shares a dedicated amenities block close-by.

You will enjoy your two night stay, tucked away in the hills of the Sunshine Coast hinterland in a peaceful rainforest setting.

Your home for the weekend is the perfect location for all the peace and quiet you need for retreat, reflection, rest or relaxation.

You’ll wake to birdsong and go to sleep lulled by the sounds of frogs and crickets, and will leave wanting to return again soon.

Cancellation Policy

No one books a retreat with the intention of later cancelling, so the policy is in place to help us work together, sharing expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations.

HOLD DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ($100)

Hold deposits are however transferable to another attendee found and assigned by the original attendee.

Full refund (not including hold deposit) on request from date of payment up until 45 days prior

Between 46 days and 7 days prior 50% refund on request

7 days prior to day of hire there is no refund offered

AMBER KNIGHT

Amber Knight  is the founder of The Beauty Of Yoga and shares creative vinyasa / yin / restorative / yoga nidra / breathwork and mindfulness meditation. She has hosted numerous workshops and retreats in both Australia, Indonesia & Thailand.

Her classes are thoughtfully created and sequenced, offering a unique, yet beautiful and caring flow. Amber is passionate about creating a space for others to empower themselves through choice - drawing on inner strength and practicing acceptance of where they are.  She is deeply compassionate, teaches from the heart and lives her yoga off the mat. Through her everyday practice she is empathetic of where people are arriving from, the obstacles they may experience along the way, and their deep desire for freedom of suffering and increased joy. She is motivated to help other women embrace themselves wholeheartedly and put themselves and their desires forward unapologetically.

Amber has over 24 year of practicing yoga & over 14 years teaching & sharing with others, she currently teaches online as well as in studios on the Sunshine Coast, Australia. She is a 500 hr Yoga Alliance Registered Member, Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, Reiki Healer & Certified NLP, Hypnosis & Time Line Therapist.
